Cops were on the manhunt for Esteban Ramos-Cruz, wanted for murder and a variety of drug and gang-related charges stemming from a violent territorial rivalry between two gangs in Buffalo, N.Y. On Jan. 27, 2012, cops in Springfield, Mass., tracked down Ramos-Cruz thanks to an alert AMW tipster.
